All of our products carry a full TMRC or factory
warranty. If you are not completely satisfied, you must
obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to
returning any products. To obtain an RGA please email or
call. Returns must be in sellable condition and goods must
be received in their original carton and with original
packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of
returned goods due to improper packaging. Returned articles
received without an RGA or sent via COD will be refused.
Returned articles may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We accept a variety of payment methods including
personal check, money order or cashiers check, paypal and
credit cards through paypal invoicing. Please email us if
