TMRC quality canopies are vacuum formed using high quality clear plastic in .030 thickness for lighter weight and where structural strength gains are not as important in our smaller sizes up to 1/6 scale and including all of the Sterling original replacement canopies. In our larger products, we use .040 and thicker plastic to help reduce the chances of oil-canning or crushing and to help provide better structural support to the canopy openings on larger craft and when used with our epoxyglass fuselages. Below is a complete listing of the canopies we currently offer for the scratch builder or for use as replacement parts for any of our kits.
