All of our products carry a full TMRC or factory
warranty. If you are not completely satisfied, you must
obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to
returning any products. To obtain authorization, please e-mail
or call. Returns must be in sellable condition and goods must
be recieved within 30 days of the original shiping date. They
must be sent via insured mail and in the original cartons using
the original packing materials. We are not responsible for
damage of returned goods due to improper packing. Merchandise
returned without an RGA, or sent COD, will be refused. Returned
articles may be subject to a 20% repacking and restocking fee.
We accept a variety of payment methods including
personal check, money order or cashiers check, paypal and
