I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say Thank You in a big way for my BSS 1-36 2m sailplane.

I received my parcel in sunny South Africa on 31 December, in perfect condition. On opening the box, I was blown away by the quality of the laser cut plywood and EPP components, the completeness of the kit and the obvious care that had gone into creating and packaging this aircraft. Take a bow Sir, you are a true gentleman, and it shows in the preparation that goes into each and every kit you create.

My only regret now was that I did not fork out the extra $30 and have you shape the fuselage for me, because I am afraid I will mess it up and not create a true to scale model.Having said that, I am not planning on building this kit for some time, so have plenty of time to think about it.

Once again, many thanks for a truly outstanding kit and super efficient service. These qualities are rare in todays commercial world, and are refreshing to encounter. Your kit arrived in perfect shape yesterday. In all my days, I have NEVER seen such a work of art in a kit, and I'm 75. The two large plan sheets are of the highest engineering standards, and even include a key with cross sections of the stripwood. The built up lifting cabane struts are an example of the scale details that you went into in order to present this kit.

The laser cut parts are all perfect, including the small ribs for the cabane struts with lightening holes, and the Douglas Fir and Balsa stripwood of all sizes are perfectly straight.

It was well worth the wait, and the price is a real bargain.

I have received in very quick time, a beautiful laser cut kit from Thomas Martin in the USA a full on quarter scale Pawnee?

My advice to any of you considering a tug may wish to consider Thomasís Pawnee kit, it really is a beauty and it is huge mine will have an 80cc Zenoah up front.

It may also be worth considering Thomas for any other laser cutting you may need. This guy is hot the tail sections of the Pawnee were cut from beautiful ply and were about 10mm thick and sharp as a tack, I showed Martin Simons and he was very impressed with the beautifully cut, the best he had seen so far!

All of our products carry a full TMRC or factory warranty. If you are not completely satisfied, you must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning any products. To obtain authorization, please e-mail or call. Returns must be in sellable condition and goods must be recieved within 30 days of the original shiping date. They must be sent via insured mail and in the original cartons using the original packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of returned goods due to improper packing. Merchandise returned without an RGA, or sent COD, will be refused. Returned articles may be subject to a 20% repacking and restocking fee.
